Vermont Explor collects discharge data from all of Vermont's hospitals: Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Central Vermont Medical Center, Copley Hospital, Fletcher Allen Health Care, Gifford Medical Center, Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, North Country Hospital, Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, Northwestern Medical Center, Otis Health Care Center, Porter Medical Center, Rutland Regional Medical Center, Southwestern Vermont Health Care, Springfield Hospital, and, until December 2002, the Veteran's Administration Medical Center. Each hospital submits data quarterly to an independent data processor, Missouri's Hospital Industry Data Institute, where checks and edits are performed. Through extensive feedback loops, hospital errors are minimized. View the latest status of data submissions and data available for reporting.
